1. General
The VarsiWear online store is run by [Company name – to be completed], ul. Dostawcza 3, 93-231 Łódź, Poland (the "Seller"). Contact: contact form. These Terms set out the rules for using the store, the Designer and Collective Basket group orders.
2. Products and prices
All products are made to order according to the customer's design. Prices are in PLN and include VAT. Mockups in the Designer are illustrative; small differences in colour and print placement are possible.
3. Designs and rights
By uploading a graphic you confirm that you have the right to use it (e.g. you own the logo or have permission). We may refuse to print content that infringes third-party rights or the law, or is offensive.
4. Orders and payment
A contract is concluded when you place an order and receive an order confirmation. Payment is made online at checkout using the methods shown there. Production starts after payment is received.
5. Group orders (Collective Basket)
The organiser creates the designs, sets the deadline and any minimum quantity, and places the final order. Participants either pay online for their own items or settle with the organiser, depending on the settings. The Seller is not a party to settlements between the organiser and participants.

7. Withdrawal and complaints
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised products. Complaints are handled as described on the Returns and refunds page.

9. Final provisions
Polish law applies. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the consumer's country of residence remain unaffected. These Terms are valid from 25 October 2026.
