Personalised products
All our products are made to order according to your design (logo, text, colour choice). Under Polish and EU consumer law, goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal (Art. 38(1)(3) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act).
Complaints
If an item is faulty, damaged or not as ordered (e.g. wrong size, wrong print), you are entitled to a complaint under the statutory warranty for non-conformity of goods with the contract.
- Write to us via our contact form with your order number, a description and photos of the problem.
- We respond within 14 days.
- If the complaint is accepted, we will reprint the item free of charge or – if that is not possible – refund the price. We cover the cost of return shipping.
Refunds
Refunds are made using the same payment method you used, within 14 days of accepting the complaint.
