School donation programme

CollectMerch supports the schools and organizations that sell their merch with us. From every paid order in an organization store or group order we donate, from our own funds, to a goal the organization chooses. Buyers pay nothing extra – product prices do not change.

§ 1. Organizer

The programme is run by Snapwear sp. z o.o., ul. Dostawcza 3, 93-231 Łódź, Poland, operator of the CollectMerch platform ("CollectMerch"). Contact: support@snapwear.pro.

§ 2. Who can take part

  1. Organizations with a REGON number can take part, in particular schools, kindergartens, universities, parents' councils, sports clubs, foundations and associations (the "Beneficiary").
  2. The Beneficiary must run an organization store or a group order on CollectMerch.
  3. The organizer of the store or group order applies in the organizer panel, giving the Beneficiary's registration data, the person authorized to represent it and the goal of the donation. The applicant declares that they are authorized to act on behalf of the Beneficiary.

§ 3. Verification and rate

  1. CollectMerch verifies the data in public registers (REGON, RSPO, KRS) and may ask for confirmation from the Beneficiary's official e-mail address or for additional documents.
  2. Participation starts when CollectMerch approves the application. CollectMerch may refuse approval without giving reasons.
  3. CollectMerch sets the amount of the donation (the "rate") individually for each Beneficiary – 5% as standard. The current rate is shown in the organizer panel. A change of rate applies only to orders paid after the change.
  4. Any change of the application data requires a new verification. Amounts already credited stay credited.

§ 4. How the donation is calculated

  1. The donation is calculated on orders placed in the Beneficiary's store or group order from the date of the application.
  2. The base is the value of the products in the order after discounts, including VAT, excluding shipping.
  3. An amount becomes due when the order is paid and the application is approved. Until then it is shown as "waiting".
  4. Cancelled and refunded orders are not counted. A partial refund reduces the amount proportionally, also after it has been credited.
  5. The balance, orders and transfers are shown in the organizer panel at all times.

§ 5. Transfer of the donation

  1. The donation comes from CollectMerch's own funds and is made only to the Beneficiary – never to a private person's account.
  2. The donation may be made: (a) by bank transfer to the account of the Beneficiary, its governing body or the school's parents' council, or (b) by CollectMerch paying the cost of the stated goal, e.g. a supplier's invoice issued to the Beneficiary.
  3. We transfer the donation at the Beneficiary's request once the balance is at least PLN 100, no more than once a month, and after the store or group order ends – whatever the balance.
  4. Before the transfer the parties confirm the donation in writing or in documentary form (e.g. a donation agreement or a statement accepting the donation), stating the amount and the goal.
  5. Every transfer is recorded in the organizer panel with its amount, purpose and document number.

§ 6. Beneficiary's obligations

  1. The Beneficiary uses the donation only for the goal stated in the application or another goal agreed with CollectMerch and, on request, confirms its use (e.g. with a copy of an invoice).
  2. The Beneficiary handles its own tax and accounting obligations related to accepting the donation.
  3. The Beneficiary may tell people about the programme but must not present it as a public collection or promise buyers benefits not set out in these rules.

§ 7. Suspension and end of participation

  1. CollectMerch may suspend or end a Beneficiary's participation, in particular if the data are untrue, orders are fictitious or placed only to obtain the donation, or the goal is unlawful or contrary to good practice.
  2. Amounts due when participation ends are transferred to the Beneficiary under § 5, unless participation ended because of a breach referred to in section 1.
  3. If the balance cannot be transferred for reasons on the Beneficiary's side (e.g. missing transfer details) within 12 months of the end of the store or group order, the balance expires.

§ 8. Personal data

We process the data of the Beneficiary's representative and contact person to run the programme and settle donations. See our Privacy policy.

§ 9. Final provisions

CollectMerch may change these rules for important reasons. A change does not affect amounts credited before it takes effect. Polish law applies, in particular the Civil Code provisions on donation. These rules are valid from 30 October 2026.
