Returns, withdrawal and complaints
This is a summary. The binding rules are set out in §§ 16–17 of the Terms of Service.
Personalised products – no 14-day return
Almost all our products are made to order according to your design (print, logo, name, number, graphic). Under Article 38(1)(3) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to products made according to the consumer’s specifications, including products ordered in a Group Order according to the design chosen by the group. Please check your design, spelling, sizes and colours carefully before ordering.
When you can withdraw within 14 days
- non-personalised products (if offered) and Organisation Shop products made to a common design without individual personalisation – 14 days from receipt;
- AI Graphics Packs – for as long as no generation from the pack has been used.
To withdraw, use the withdrawal function in the shop, email support@snapwear.pro or write to Snapwear sp. z o.o., ul. Dostawcza 3, 93-231 Łódź, Poland. You can use the model form in Annex 1 to the Terms of Service. We refund all payments (including standard delivery) within 14 days; you bear the direct cost of returning the product.
Faulty or non-conforming products
Your statutory rights for lack of conformity apply to all products, including personalised ones, for 2 years from delivery. Email support@snapwear.pro with your order number, a description and – ideally – photos. We respond within 14 days and cover the cost of repair, replacement and shipping.
